Right now, a road might be calm and fairly empty. But if there’s a flyover, metro pillar or major widening project planned, your peaceful view could become a noisy, dusty construction zone for years.
Asking locals or checking if any big infrastructure work is announced nearby gives you a sense of the future. Maybe that project will be good long term—better connectivity, higher property value—but you should at least know what you’re signing up for.
It’s easier to adjust expectations now than regret later when cranes and jackhammers show up at 7 a.m. every day.
